This 10 year old girl along with other children suffering from arsenic poisoning lives in Bagahi Village. We installed two filters (ABF) and passed out 30 bottles
of vitamins in June 2004. In September we plan to conduct a health clinic for the children and provide more filters and vitamins. Along with filters we plan to conduct
a workshop on kitchen gardens and provide seeds for better nutrition. Eighty households are part of this ward in Bagahi.

Here are 2 pictures of this same girl 5 months later. She has had 5 months of vitamines and arsenic free water.
Some recovery is visible. It will take about 7 more months for marked improvement. More severe arsenic symptoms
take a longer time to show improvment.
